When applied foiled, shimmering light chocolate base that morphs to reflect hints of green, blue, rose, and hints of gold depending on how the light hits it.

Baroque loose pigment is semi-sheer but can be built up to opaque.

To further intensify the effect, try wearing it with Baroque Gel as your base. WOW!!

Not only is this an extreme morphing shadow, but it is also exceptionally sparkling.

For best application, apply with a slightly dampened brush over primed lids in a patting motion.

To really make this shadow pop, apply foiled.
