• I don't have a PayPal Account, how can I purchase your items?

  You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card. It's that easy!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
  ​(Business days- Monday through Friday, holidays excluded)
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  International orders have been known to take a month or longer to receive.
  Please keep that in mind when ordering.

  We are not responsible for any custom fees/taxes, nor for any packages that may be lost. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer.

• I can't seen to get your pigment to shake out through the sifter. What can I do?

  Chaos Cosmetics pigments are made a bit "Thicker" than other loose powered shadows. They are made this way to give you a richer and easier to use product. .
  I personally recommend removing the sifter after purchase.
  You can then tap off a small amount of pigment into the lid, swirl your brush in it, tap off the excess and apply.
  You can also slightly dampen your brush before using the above method to get a more metallic look, also known as foiling.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As of October, 2017 We now ship worldwide!

• Where can I wear Mineral pigments?

  The most common uses for mineral pigments are on the eyes and the lips, but pigments can be used anywhere on the face, cheeks, eyes, lips, nails and hair. They can be used as a blush, contour, highlight, to enhance, whatever you want - anything, anywhere.

  What techniques are used to wear mineral pigments on the eyes?

  For the first time user, Using pigments as a loose eye shadow can be difficult, and it's best to use a base to help them adhere.

  Many products can be used as a base. The most popular are Urban Decay's Primer Potion, MAC Shadesticks, Mixing Mediums (such as Ben Nye LiquiSet, or MAC's water-based mixing medium). Anything that is tacky, or helps the pigment to stick to your skin will help. Not only will this help the pigments stay put, but will aid makeup in lasting all day, and night, if need be.

  You can also combine a drop of water, mixing medium, visine, or other liquid of your choice with a pigment forming a sort of 'paint' which will create a more metallic, satin or smooth finish.
  NEVER add directly to the product! Always shake a bit out ( into the lid for example)

  The best way to avoid dusting pigments onto your face while applying them to your eyes is to put a tissue under your eye, the corner of which pointing towards the corner of your nose and eye.

  Pigments can also be used as an eyeliner, wash, contour, highlight, all over color, or however you choose to use them.
