When applied foiled, a soft baby blue base morphs to reflect shades of violet, light green, and rose, depending on how the light hits it.
Would be incredible as an inner corner highlight as well!
You will receive a fully packed 5G jar sealed with a sifter. ( it is recommended to remove sifter from jar after receiving )
To really make this shadow pop, apply foiled!

"Foiling" means to apply with a slightly dampened brush.
